ABOUT US

Clean Energy, Made Mobile

VaultGrid Energy develops Energy Storage Systems (Mobile and Stationary) for industries where diesel generators are the default — but shouldn’t have to be the only option.

Our compact, connected battery power stations deliver clean, silent energy across Construction Sites, Mining and Oil & Gas operations, Events, Agriculture and remote off-grid locations. Powered by CATL LFP battery technology and built with proven in-house power electronics, our systems produce Zero CO₂ and NOx emissions, operate at under 80 dB, and are fully deployable in a short time.

We don’t ask you to replace your diesel assets. Our BESS – DG Hybrid systems work alongside your existing generators — reducing run hours, cutting fuel consumption significantly, and generating the emissions data your ESG reporting requires. AI-driven energy management and 4G cloud connectivity keep every unit visible and optimised, wherever it’s deployed.

From Diesel dependence to intelligent mobile energy

VaultGrid combines containerized BESS, Hybrid systems, and connected operations to reduce fuel consumption, noise, and carbon emissions while improving uptime.

Our Services

Smart Energy Starts with Smarter Solutions.

One MobileESS platform. Four intelligent power modes — Standalone, Solar+Storage, Generator Hybrid, and Grid-Tied Peak Shaving.

Standalone

The mobile BESS operates as the sole power source. The battery supplies the entire load without any external power input, ensuring silent, zero-emission operation for noise-sensitive and indoor environments.

Solar + Storage Hybrid

Solar PV charges the mobile BESS during daylight hours. The battery then supplies power overnight or during peak demand periods, eliminating fuel costs in locations with more than four hours of daily solar irradiance.

Generator Hybrid

The generator charges the mobile BESS at its optimal load before shutting down. The battery powers the load during low-demand periods, reducing diesel consumption by 50–80% and extending generator service intervals by up to 3×.

Grid-Tied Peak Shaving

The mobile BESS charges from the grid during off-peak hours and discharges during peak pricing periods. This reduces demand charges, provides backup power during grid outages, and maximizes ROI through time-of-use tariff optimization.

How the BESS Solves Problem at Various Sites.

Real deployments. Real results. VaultGrid BESS units have powered Tower Cranes, Hoists, Compressors and Office Areas across the most demanding environments.

A Tower Crane, a Hoist, a Concrete Pump, and a site full of Tools. Every one of them drawing power from battery rather than a running Diesel engine. The VaultGrid BESS works quietly alongside the DG — absorbing the heavy starting currents of the crane, managing the peaks and troughs of a busy site, and letting the generator rest until it is needed to charge the BESS. Less fuel ordered. Less noise. Some ESG goals achieved through this BESS-DG Hybrid. This is what the transition looks like on the ground — not a distant target, but a working site, today.

A Quarry doesn’t have a consistent power demand — it has a series of load variations all day. The Jaw Crusher, the Cone Crusher, peaking and falling, while a Conveyor starts suddenly under load. In between, the generator idles, burning fuel to stay ready for the next spike. The VaultGrid BESS sits in that gap — catching surplus energy during the lulls and returning it during the peaks, so the generator runs at the steady load point where it is most efficient rather than constantly hunting between overload and idle. The BESS-DG Hybrid steadiness changes the economics of running the site. Less fuel ordered. Longer intervals between generator services. Stable, clean power that protects the sensitive electronics of modern crushing and screening equipment from the voltage swings a raw generator feed produces.

Events are won and lost on experience — and nothing breaks an experience faster than generator noise bleeding into a live set, Diesel fumes drifting across a crowd, or a power interruption mid-performance. The VaultGrid BESS runs silently, produces zero on-site emissions, and holds enough charge to power a full event from gates open to final encore without the generator cutting in once. When it does need to recharge, the DG runs quietly in the background — not beside the stage. For organisers writing ESG commitments into their tender documents, and for artists who are increasingly refusing to perform at events that can’t demonstrate a clean energy supply, this is no longer a nice-to-have. It is the entry requirement.

Concrete batching plants have one of the most unpredictable load profiles in the construction supply chain. The twin-shaft mixer starts under full torque. The aggregate conveyor surges to speed. The cement screw drives cycle on and off. Each batch is a sequence of sharp power demands separated by near-idle periods — and a diesel generator chasing that profile burns fuel inefficiently every hour of the working day. The VaultGrid BESS sits between the generator and the plant, storing energy between the batch cycles and releasing them during surge, absorbing the peaks and returning energy during the troughs. The generator runs steady at its efficient load point burning least fuel per kWH produced. Fuel consumption falls. And the plant keeps producing at the pace the site demands.

While EV population, equipment rental companies and fleet operators are increasing, all are facing the same problem: how do you support an electric vehicle fleet at locations where the grid doesn’t exist. The VaultGrid BESS deploys to any site within 24 hours, integrates with existing power sources, and manages vehicle charging alongside site load automatically. For rental companies, it is a new revenue line — one unit that powers the site and charges the fleet, billable as a single hybrid package. For fleet operators, it is the infrastructure that makes an off-grid EV transition practical rather than theoretical.
The VaultGrid BESS charges EVs from stored energy — no grid connection required, no separate charger installation, no civil works. The same unit that powers the site also manages the charging, allocating energy between site operations and vehicles automatically through the AI energy management system.

Telecom towers in remote locations run on diesel because the grid either doesn’t reach or is erratic. The generator runs around the clock — burning fuel, accumulating hours, and demanding service visits that cost more the further the site is from a road. The VaultGrid BESS changes the equation. It stores energy during low-tariff or high-generation periods and powers the site through the rest — keeping the tower live, the cooling running, and the generator off for the hours it doesn’t need to be on. Fewer fuel runs, longer service intervals, and a site that stays up always. Mobile network operators are under growing pressure to reduce the carbon footprint of their tower estate — from regulators, from enterprise clients with Scope 3 reporting obligations, and from their own net-zero commitments. The BESS helps achieve their ESG goals.

The On Shore and Off Shore drilling site burns fuel in two ways — powering the operation, and chasing the load. Every time the drill floor surges, the mud pumps cycle, or a pipe trip begins, the generators ramp up to follow. Every time the load drops, they idle through it. The VaultGrid BESS changes that equation. It sits between the generators and the rig load — absorbing the demand swings, keeping the DGs at their efficient operating point, and releasing stored energy the moment the drill floor needs it. Generator run hours fall. The rig keeps drilling without interruption. The site has accurate, real-time energy data that concession holders and ESG reports are beginning to require. The generator is still there. It just no longer has to work as hard.

The energy challenge in Gulf agriculture is particularly acute. Irrigation in extreme heat means pumps running at their highest load during the hottest hours — exactly when diesel generators are least efficient and most stressed. Cold storage for perishable produce cannot tolerate a power interruption. And the seasonal nature of processing loads means a generator sized for harvest is massively oversized for the rest of the year, burning fuel at partial load for months. The VaultGrid BESS addresses all three. It stores solar energy through the day and dispatches it to irrigation pumps on demand. It provides the uninterrupted, reliable power that cold storage requires without a generator running continuously. And it handles the seasonal peaks of harvest processing without requiring a second generator for the three months when it is needed. One system. Three problems solved.
