A VaultGrid MobileESS 430-430 was deployed to power three tower cranes across a major residential development in Dubai. With grid input limited to just 90 kW, our patented PowerBoost technology delivered up to 540 kW of output — handling the surge current demands of crane motors without a single interruption. The system eliminated the need for an additional 600 kVA diesel generator and delivered significant savings on grid demand charges across a 5-day, 10-hour daily operational schedule.

Remote Mining Camp Power Supply | Location: Saudi Arabia
A VaultGrid MobileESS 860-860 was commissioned to provide primary off-grid power to a remote mining camp in Saudi Arabia, operating in extreme desert heat with no access to grid infrastructure. The system ran in hybrid mode combining battery storage with a diesel genset and optional solar input, managed autonomously by the SmartGenset controller. Round-the-clock operations were maintained with zero power interruptions, generator maintenance costs were reduced by over 75%, and fuel consumption dropped by more than 80% compared to the previous diesel-only setup.

Remote Field Operations | Location: Oman
A fully off-grid hybrid system integrating solar PV input with a VaultGrid MobileESS 215-215 was deployed to power remote oil field equipment in Oman. The system eliminated the need for continuous diesel logistics to an inaccessible site — dramatically cutting fuel transport costs, reducing generator runtime to minimal backup hours only, and providing stable, uninterrupted power to sensitive field instrumentation and communications equipment around the clock.

Large-Scale Outdoor Event | Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
VaultGrid MobileESS units operating in Mobile Island mode provided silent, zero-emission power for a major 3-day outdoor event in Riyadh. With strict noise restrictions and no available grid connection at the venue, the battery systems ran continuously — powering stages, lighting rigs, production equipment, and catering facilities with no exhaust fumes and no generator noise. Night operations continued uninterrupted without disturbing the surrounding residential area. Deployment and commissioning were completed in under one hour before the event opened.

Off-Grid Construction Site | Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
A VaultGrid MobileESS 100-215-PRO was deployed in one of the most demanding conditions possible — powering three tower cranes continuously, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, in outdoor temperatures reaching 57°C. Running in hybrid mode alongside a 175 kVA diesel genset via SmartGenset technology, the system reduced daily generator runtime from 24 hours to just 2 hours — achieving 91% savings on diesel fuel consumption and eliminating the noise and emissions that had affected neighbouring areas throughout the project.

Off-Grid Telecom Tower Network | | Location: GCC Region
VaultGrid deployed multiple MobileESS 430-430 units to power a network of remote telecom towers across a GCC desert region where grid infrastructure was unavailable. Each unit operated in Mobile Island mode, charged by an integrated solar PV array via MPPT smart charger, with a diesel genset on standby for extended low-solar periods managed by SmartGenset. The solution provided 24/7 uptime for critical communications infrastructure, eliminated recurring fuel delivery logistics, and cut the total cost of ownership significantly compared to the previous diesel generator setup.
